Megan lost her first tooth!!!

It was loose for a long time. It may have been about 2 weeks. We were at dinner and it was very uncomfortable and she was afraid to eat anything. I took a look and saw it was ready, just sitting there really. It was bleeding for a few, we drank some cold water and it stop right away. It has been good ever since. You can see the adult tooth behind it, and it's much wider. This is going to be interesting. Her jaw is not that big. It all works out though right?

The tooth fairy left $10 for the first tooth and a special box engraved "my first tooth". We had been talking about if the fairy would leave the tooth or not. She was very interested. I bought her a fairy "candle holder" when I was pregnant with her that has a fairy with her hand out. You put the tooth on the hand and the gift goes in the candle holder (meant for a tea light or so) and it's perfect. I've been waiting 6+ years to give it to her! No searching under pillow and she loved it. It's something we can use for each of our kids. "It's a good thing".
